Should we do cardio before weight training or after weight training ?

 An amount of exercise is very much necessary to maintain body healthy . It doesn’t matter whether you are underweight or overweight as equal amount of exercise is required for every kind of body .

Also cardio burns more calories and increase internal temperature of body and it depletes your muscle glycogen levels .

To pair with weight training which helps in increasing muscular strength, best type of cardio is low – intensity cardio .

low intensity exercises such as walking , jogging , cycling etc .

Weight training such as lifting heavy weights should be done .
